Including a 240-page cookbook pointing the way to the delights of rotisserie cooking, this kit adds accessories to the Ronco Inventions Showtime indoor rotisserie and BBQ. The cookbook is written especially for the rotisserie, with step-by-step instructions. Also included is a 9-1/2-by-9-1/2-by-2-1/2-inch nonstick wire basket that is deep enough to hold lobster, lots of vegetables, and other foods when it's placed on the rotisserie's spit and slowly turned to roast what's inside. Rounding out the kit is a set of 48 elastic ties to bind meats and poultry, a meat/poultry thermometer, and a lightweight, 8-inch stainless-steel carving knife with a pronged blade for spearing slices.
