The heat source is controlled with a flip of a switch without touching anything hot. It’s portable. The innovative design allows the frame to collapse to only 14 in. to fit into any car trunk. It’s easy to carry. The extensible pull-handle and casters allow moving the unit around. It’s powered from a wide range of power sources: 110V, 220V, 12V from car battery or manual. The two energy efficient motors require little power and the unit runs for hours before recharging the battery. A stylish set of skewers safely secures the meat on the rod, so the pig is balanced and the legs positioned along the rod in fashion. The remote wireless thermometer monitors the doneness of the meat from 100 ft. away while rotisserie is turning. Two stainless steel grates allow for quick grilling for people who want a snack.
