Its double-wall smoke hood covers a 528-square-inch cooking surface that offers 60,000 BTUs of cooking power from two stainless steel "E" burners. You choose to equip your grill with either two conventional stainless steel burners, two infrared, or one of each. You can also choose to equip your grill with a 16,000 BTU back burner and heavy duty rotisserie kit, which includes a super high-torque motor, a stainless steel spit rod, two meat forks, and a counter balance. This grill comes with cast stainless steel cooking grids and a stainless steel warming rack. It has a double wall smoke hood, a push-to-light 9V ignition system, and a state-of-the-art digital thermometer with meat probe. The stainless steel cart with this unit features a 15,000 BTU single side burner, a folding shelf, a retractable tool holder, and a retractable paper towel holder. Propane ( LP ) and natural gas ( NG ) models available. The LP model is powered by a 20 lb. cylinder ( not included ) and it comes with a hose and regulator. The unit also requires a 110V / GFI outlet for the rotisserie.
